The Medau approach is one of whole body natural movement with emphasis on using the body correctly. Good posture and body alignment are vital in the maintenance of life long good health and Medau aims not only to improve these, but also to help achieve a greater awareness of their importance. Like other exercise methods each session includes all the basic fitness elements in a balanced way, those of strength, stamina, co-ordination, suppleness and cardio vascular work.
Medau developed from sport, dance and music and is suitable for everyone. Using small apparatus such as balls, clubs and hoops, this great style of dynamic movement will improve your posture and body alignment. With its natural flowing quality, Medau will lift the spirits and increase confidence whilst encouraging the body to move with energy, strength, stamina, suppleness and co-ordination.
